Virginia Beach Lifestyle
Virginia Beach is the largest city in the Commonwealth of Virginia with more than 450,000 people who call this city home.
It is located in the southeastern corner of Virginia, along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay and only a short 4 hour drive to Washington D.C.
Virginia Beach was ranked 12th on the America's "50 Best Cities to Live" by 24/7 Wall Street.
Virginia Beach is for BEACH Lovers - with 3 different beaches and 38 miles of waterfront to live by and enjoy!
There is the Oceanfront with a 3 mile boardwalk for biking, walking or just people watching! This is a very popular tourist destination so make sure to stop by Grommet Island park, fishing pier and the 34 foot tall King Neptune statue. There are plenty of hotels, local restaurants, shops, and a variety of events happening throughout the year to enjoy!
Chesapeake Bay Beach is more of what we like to call the "locals" beach front. This is the perfect spot to get a great sunrise and sunset views! You are minutes ( walking distance) from great local restaurants with waterfront views and boat parking, marinas and close to First Landing State Park.
Sandbridge Beach is a more secluded beach and instead of hotels there are a large selection of beach rental homes or condominiums to enjoy oceanfront.
We think the only problem is that once you visit, you may never want to leave!
